Using the site
Parallels Tech presents information about software testing environments, virtual machines, containers, real devices, automation, and consulting. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You must be authorized to act for any business on whose behalf you use the site or make a purchase.
Accounts
Provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account until you tell us about unauthorized use. We may restrict access when needed to protect the site, users, or payment process. Purchases made as a guest or before account creation are not automatically added to a later account.
Orders and payment
The checkout currently offers “Real Devices - Manual Parallel Tests Yearly” for USD $2,388.00 as a one-time payment for a one-year term. The invoice page shows the item and total before you pay. There is no automatic renewal in this checkout. Payments are processed by PayPal; your use of PayPal payment methods is also subject to PayPal’s applicable terms. Taxes, if any, and any different scope or commercial terms should be agreed in writing before purchase.
For a billing error, duplicate charge, or refund request, email parallelstech@parallelstech.com with your invoice or payment reference. We will review the request under the applicable agreement and law. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Service delivery and consulting
This website is currently a proof of concept. A successful payment does not automatically provision devices, virtual machines, containers, account access to a testing platform, or consulting time. Please confirm the service scope and activation process with us by email before paying.
Descriptions on the site are general and do not create a service-level commitment. Any specific delivery date, availability, support, consulting statement of work, or additional service terms must be agreed separately in writing. If you have paid but have not received an agreed service, contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.
Acceptable use and site content
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with payment or account systems, or use services for unlawful activity. Do not upload sensitive, regulated, or third-party confidential data to any testing environment without a separate written agreement covering that data. Website text, design, and branding remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the site for its intended business purpose.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future account registrations and purchases. The effective date above identifies this version; changes do not retroactively alter a completed purchase without your agreement.
